At Crescent Psychology, we believe in providing affordable psychological services for clients across the lifespan with competitive fees that reflect our experience, professionalism, and respectful manner.
Sessions between 20-30 minutes are billed at $130. Brief sessions may be appropriate for initial consultations, maintenance sessions, clients with a busy schedule and children and adolescents.
50 minute sessions are standard for most treatment plans and allow comprehensive exploration, understanding and planning. The AAPI 2024 - 2025 recommended fee for 50 minute psychological services is $315. However, at Crescent Psychology, our in-person 50 minute sessions for individuals are billed at $220.
Online sessions are delivered via our secure online platform and allow you to access your appointment from the convenience and comfort of your own space. 50 minute online sessions for individuals are billed at $180 with rebates available where eligible.
To use NDIS funding you will need to be either
Self-managed or Plan-managed.
Payment is required upfront and you will be provided with a receipt to access your NDIS reimbursement. Sessions are for 50 minutes.
Medicare - For clients with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from their GP:
50 minute session rebates are $96.65
20-30 minute session rebates are $68.50
Private Health Insurance - Please check with your insurance company for eligibility as rebates vary depending on your fund and level of extras cover.
20-30 minute sessions for Veterans with a Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold or eligible White card are covered by the DVA. To claim your benefits, you will require a referral from your GP and your card details.
50 minute sessions for Psychologists and other Professionals, focusing on building reflective practice and prioritising self care.
We also provide Board-approved Secondary Supervision, Case Study Review and Exam Preparation for Provisional Psychologists.
We offer 30 minute in-person or online sessions for parents and caregivers to suit your busy family life. We offer parenting support and advice and can provide recommendations to assist with children and adolescents.
Clients requesting support letters (e.g. for school, court, housing or disability services) are not eligible for rebates and are required to pay hourly rates for administration time. A brief (25 min) report/ support letter will cost $110.
