At Crescent Psychology, we believe in providing affordable psychological services for clients across the lifespan with competitive fees that reflect our experience, professionalism, and respectful manner.

Introductory consultation

Free

This complimentary 20-minute consultation is available to new clients only (one per person). Its purpose is to help determine whether our approach is a good fit for you (or your child) before commencing therapy.

During this time, we’ll briefly discuss the support you’re seeking, explain how we work, and consider appropriate next steps.

Please note this is not a therapy or treatment session. Appointments can be attended in-office, via telehealth, or by phone, subject to availability.

standard therapy appointment

$220

50 minute sessions are held in our upstairs office at Noosa Junction . This time frame is standard for most treatment plans and allows comprehensive exploration, understanding and planning.

The AAPI 2025 - 2026 recommended fee for 50 minute psychological services is $330. However, at Crescent Psychology, our 50 minute sessions for individuals are billed at $220 with rebates available where eligible.
